JSECOIN is a project that aims to create a cryptocurrency that allows WEBMASTER to earn it thanks to users who visit their site, through a special JAVA client. The user who visits the site warmachinesrts.com is informed immediately, by pop-up advise, that the JSECOIN miner script will use, during the stay on the website, a small part of the CPU power to calculate the algorithms necessary to create this cryptocurrency for the benefit of the webmaster.

The important thing, compared to other projects, is that this technology is clean and transparent, not only the user is informed of the script, but can also refuse the service in order to visit the site without “mining” JSECOIN cryptocurrencies to support the site.

I’m pleased to announce that War Machines RTS now supports HTTPS.

The web has evolved considerably since War Machines RTS first started, and in the modern world it’s becoming increasingly important to secure our data and communications. To help achieve this, websites across the internet are adopting HTTPS. HTTPS builds on top of HTTP, the communication protocol of the web, by encrypting the data sent between your computer and the server that the website runs on. Practically speaking, this means that sensitive details like your forum password (or your private messages) can’t be read or altered by potential eavesdroppers as they travel across the net.

HTTPS is currently an optional feature. You can start using it today by visiting https://www.warmachinesrts.com/, but existing links, bookmarks and references in your browser history will still point to the plain old HTTP version. Look for the padlock in your browser’s address bar to see whether HTTPS is enabled.

Once we’re sure that everything is running smoothly, we’ll move over to HTTPS by default, so you’ll always have a secure connection.

The first step of the project is now completed: we have remade all original TA units!
At the moment, the units available are the ones needed for missions and skirmish of WMRTS beta launch: the ICU and NFA technologies (side), some civilian buildings/units and some UEF units.
